It is a superoxidized, non-toxic, non-irritating agent designed to moisturize and promote wound healing, eliminate inflammation and reduce unwanted microorganisms on the skin and mucous membranes. The active ingredient of the composition is oxygen and its chemical action on undesirable microorganisms, oxidation. The composition is a colorless liquid with a faint odor of chlorine.
